Social media for schools without the stress

Most schools use social media, and many find it hard to keep up. A simple plan helps.
What to post
Parents enjoy seeing ordinary school life: lessons, trips, sport, music and pupils' work. Posts that show the school day are often more useful for admissions than polished announcements.
How often
Pick a rhythm you can keep, such as two or three posts a week, and stick to it. A quiet account is better than one that posts daily for a month and then stops.
Approval and consent
Agree who can post and who approves posts. Check photo consent before anything is published, every time.
Comments
Decide in advance how to handle complaints posted publicly. Reply politely and move the conversation to a private channel. Do not argue in public.
Measure what matters
Likes are easy to count, but enquiries are what matter. Ask families how they first heard of the school, and note it in your admissions records.
